Accessibility at B3IQ. Our target is WCAG 2.1 AA.

It covers b3iq.org and the signed-in dashboard. If your procurement requires a VPAT, ask us for our current conformance notes.

• Structure. Semantic HTML with landmark regions and a logical heading order.
• Keyboard. Interactive controls work from the keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
• Names and states. Custom controls expose accessible names and state, including toggle buttons that announce whether they are pressed.
• Text alternatives. Meaningful images carry text alternatives, and decorative graphics are marked so assistive technology skips them.
• Reflow. Layouts reflow instead of requiring horizontal scrolling, and tolerate increased text size.
• Reduced motion. The site honors your operating system's reduced-motion preference, so animation can be turned down system-wide.
• Light and dark. Both appearances can be switched from the site header and footer, and your choice is remembered in this browser.

Interface sounds start muted. Turn them on for quiet feedback at deliberate choices; reading, typing and scrolling remain silent.

Touch feedback is a light enhancement on supported devices. Its setting is independent of sound. Browser and hardware support varies; the visible action remains complete without a vibration.

Your operating system’s reduced-motion setting reduces motion and turns off touch feedback. Touch scrolling stays native; the public site’s gentle wheel momentum is also disabled.

Preferences stay in this browser when storage is available. If storage is blocked, they last for the current visit. They do not change your account settings.

• Data-dense surfaces. Machine telemetry, usage tables and earnings charts carry information visually that does not yet have a complete non-visual equivalent. Charts in particular need accessible summaries.
• Color contrast. Not yet verified against the AA thresholds in every component state.
• Screen readers. The site has not been tested end to end with each major screen reader.
• Third-party components. Embedded components from third parties may not meet the same bar as the ones we write.

No accessibility barrier should stop you from becoming or remaining a customer: if one does, write to us and we will get you the information, or complete the task with you, another way.

We aim to acknowledge within 5 business days and to give you a substantive response, including a remediation plan or a workaround, within 30 days.

This statement reflects our own evaluation of the service. We review it at least annually and when we ship significant changes to the site or dashboard, and we update the date above when we do.
