Accessibility statement
Last updated August 3, 2026
NPC Labs, Inc. wants B3IQ to be usable by everyone, including people who navigate by keyboard, use a screen reader, or need reduced motion or higher contrast. This statement sets out the standard we are working to, what we have done, what we know is not there yet, and how to tell us when we get it wrong.
Our conformance target
We are working toward Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA across the B3IQ website at b3iq.org and the signed-in dashboard.
This is a target we are working to, not a certification. B3IQ has not been audited against WCAG by an independent third party, and we have not published a VPAT or Accessibility Conformance Report. We would rather say that plainly than imply an assessment that has not happened. If your institution requires a completed VPAT as a condition of procurement, contact us: we will tell you honestly where we are and what it would take.
What we have done
- Semantic HTML structure with landmark regions and a logical heading order.
- Keyboard operability for interactive controls, with visible focus indication.
- Accessible names and state on custom controls, including toggle buttons that expose their pressed state.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images, and decorative graphics marked so assistive technology skips them.
- Responsive layouts that reflow rather than requiring horizontal scrolling, and that tolerate increased text size.
- Support for the operating system's reduced-motion preference, so animation can be turned down system-wide.
- Support for light and dark presentation, following the system setting.
Known gaps
We know about these, and listing them is more useful to you than omitting them:
- Data-dense surfaces (the network explorer, live rate tables, earnings charts) carry information visually that does not yet have a complete non-visual equivalent. Charts in particular need accessible summaries.
- Colour contrast has not been verified against the AA thresholds across every component state.
- The site has not been tested end to end with each major screen reader.
- Third-party embedded components may not meet the same bar as the components we write.
No accessibility barrier should stop you from becoming or remaining a customer. If one does, the contact path below is a supported route to getting the information or completing the task another way, and we will treat that as a bug rather than a favour.
Report a barrier
Email contact@npclabs.org with the subject line ACCESSIBILITY. Telling us the page address, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology and browser you were using helps us reproduce it, but please do not let missing details stop you from writing.
We aim to acknowledge within 5 business days and to give you a substantive response, including a remediation plan or a workaround, within 30 days.
Assessment and updates
This statement reflects our own evaluation of the service. We review it at least annually and when we ship significant changes to the site or dashboard, and we update the date above when we do.
